Add MCP server for Late to enable agent driven scheduling

Create a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Late so AI assistants and editor agents can list profiles, view accounts, create or schedule posts, and fetch post status using natural language inside tools like VS Code, Claude Desktop, and Cursor.
