Creating Account Group & Platform Management

Currently, GetLate has a very basic account grouping feature. Once you create a group, you can’t edit it, and sometimes errors show up like “Some accounts not found or access denied.”

By comparison, other tools (like Sprinklr) allow much more flexible grouping — for example:

• Theme-based groups (e.g., all sports accounts together).

• Category-based groups (e.g., brand vs. personal).

• Language-based groups (e.g., English accounts vs. Spanish accounts).

Right now, In getlate, groups can’t be edited once they’re created, and sometimes errors show up like “Some accounts not found or access denied.”

It would be great to have:

• A Groups page to view, edit, and fix groups.

• A Connected Platforms page to see all linked accounts and their status (e.g., disconnected, expired access, permissions issues).

This would make managing accounts much smoother and save time.
