One-click re-queue (failed posts)

Hello,

It would be nice if we had the below features.

- Bulk-selection of failed posts and One-click re-queue of the selected items to retry again.

- User-defined auto-retry limit (e.g., 3 attempts) for failed posts to prevent manual work.

- E-mail notification on failure.
