Upload image/video only, without posting

Would be useful an api to post images and videos on the various meta tiktok channels etc. without publishing a post, just uploading the media content for post that is generated through advertising campaigns.

This would allow us through a simple interface to have the client upload the files directly, avoiding wetransfer etc.
